I hold an offer from tcs too. Same salary both.

Kindly let me know the pros /cons of mindtree.
does it have a strong bench? Or projects on cloud/devops?
How's wlb? How's the salary hike? I am leaving cognizant who is delaying the hikes this year, are they the same?
I don't have issue on wfo. But tcs also changed its bench policy so little skeptic On which one to choose.

I work from home a majority of the time, is it ethical to bring the monitor they ordered for me home if I give it back when I quit (obviously)?
