Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

Well imo if the culture there was legitimately “better” then they would be happy you found a better paying role because making more money is better for you. Let’s stop perpetuating the idea that a “good culture” means below average wages right? lol

Everyone's different and reacts differently. Don't read too much into it.

Companies won't hesitate to let you go, without much of a notice.
If culture was that important to the company, they would pay their people at the market rate, at least, and have good benefits to go with it.
Some companies will use the "culture" and 'family" related buzz words as a way to try to keep you to stay and continue to be underpaid, or realize that you are underpaid.
Bottom line is you do what is best for you.
The ole post resignation guilt trip...been there before. haha
Culture is important but it also doesn't pay the bills. I will take slightly less pay with better culture but everyone has a threshold for where that shifts because we all have bills to pay.
