Explain to me M&A accounting like I'm a 10 year old or a golden retriever!

Our company is attempting to move from basic agile to the scaled agile framework (SAFe). In preparation, we are trying to make clear who will fit into each role. There’s some confusion around the “business owner” role, and what titles might assume the role. Would an IT manager be an example of a “Business Owner”? IT director? Management on the business side?

On a new team, internal move. Have about 10 YOE but looks like this will be the first year I end nowhere near annual goal. A few things outside of my control as I'm coming into the territory and things falling through. Role is heavy on renewals/farming but also some hunting. Because the farming has been so bad as I settle into month 4, will have a huge climb. The number of reps/meetings to get there is not attainable. Do I grind it past year 1? I hate that I will come nowhere close to goal...

I’ve had my nursing license for a year and 6 months now. However I went directly into the plasma industry of health care. I want to venture into a more diverse hospital role. Does anyone know of any open opportunities in NJ hospitals or practices? I feel like I’m wasting my license away not doing much nursing in this field. I am a manger where I work and make decent money but want to use my RN in a more productive way.

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married. They already live together in an apartment but both want to move to a house to build equity and have a yard, not share walls, etc. Should one partner buy the house and the other pays rent until they get married, or should they get a mortgage together without being married? I interviewed at Protivity India in mid October 2022 and in follow up email the interviewer told me that my profile has gone for approval of MD and the HR will contact me shortly. it has been 20 days since follow up and 30 since interview and I haven't received any call or email form anyone. what should I make of it.
