For context, I managed a P&L, led a team of 7, and hit all my targets, but because it wasn’t an investment bank or a flashy fintech, he acted like it was irrelevant. Honestly, it pissed me off. How do you handle bias against non-glamorous finance roles when interviewing? Do you call it out?

WLB is next to zero as 60hr weeks are the minimum as of late. Management feels like they are trying to push a few of us out. Was told not to expect much come year end for comp. Any suggestions on finding a new role/pay expectations?

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.
