I had a hr round at TCS 2 days back, in the hr round he communicated that we will give you x package, and will send you the salary breakup today, but didn't received till now. Does anyone knows how much time it takes to release the offer letter after hr round in TCS? Also in ibegin portal the documents status is verified.

I have joined TCS last year Feb under BPS( BSC Computers), doing the work in IT project. But i am getting the salary for BPS role even after the one year anniversary literally no change in my in-hand salary.

My current, relatively ungrateful workplace offered more in base compensation in response to an offer from another firm.

I'm currently in the final rounds of interviewing. If I get a formal offer how have you gone about negotiating vacation? I've given them my desired salary already so that's not an issue but I'm used to having 5 weeks of vacation time and I want to make sure I at least am give something somewhat comparable to that.

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary. I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.
