Do you have only one offer ,if yes then join or better look after wells as things are not good as it was before
See I am telling the overall company perspective,
1. Worst HR system as difficult to get response
2. Less or no perks
3. Micromanaging( some folks saying)
4. Even if you worked hard you will get corner as favouritism as it's peak here
5. Nowadays wells are going under restructuring so more firing you can see down the line
6. Old tech stack though they are hiring by asking latest.You will lose your knowledge here
Initially if you get good hike then you can try if you have short term goal. And it's up to the manager under you that you will be working so
Currently 1 only..yesterday only I got..3 months NP
Try more and if you find a better option then join leave wells
Yeah things are not well nowadays you can't predict anything, less perks more stress
