You shouldn't be happy about an amount that doesn't move the needle at all for you. That said, this is a trend right now. Companies across the board are offering less and less each year. At this point we're expected to be happy with receiving anything at all.
If you’re happy with those increases then you’re a sucker. Get out now. Start looking for a new job.
My pay has gone up $1.50 in the past two years and I’ve been looking for a new job for the past year. Companies will pay the execs high salaries but refuse to pay those that are in the trenches for them each week.
I haven’t gotten any increases in over two years… I’m not saying you should be happy and settle for what you got, but just know that there’s people getting nothing. Find another company that will value you.

Raises have been stuck in the low single digits for a while. And some companies probably aren't giving any raises. Even against that background, your raise seems like a signal to get serious about finding a better position elsewhere.
