My work is doing a Christmas in July party for the kids with their parents! Their will even be a bounce house! But what I'm most excited for is my husband will get to meet the kids I work with and understand the stress a little more. Do you feel like your family and friends understand the stress?

No one in my family understands or cares. They think that I work 6 hours a day for 10 months a year, with every holiday off. They think the kids are “cute” and that it must be so fun all the time. They don’t want to hear about the realities of the job. So I just let them think what they want. And I talk to my coworkers and fellow teachers about work stuff. My teacher besties are such an important part of my life!
