Started a new job this week. Very excited. My second tech job since doing a bootcamp and leaving my old career (police officer).

At what age did you stop comparing yourself to others and became comfortable with your own path? I can’t stop comparing myself to others who come from more wealth, have more wealth, and are better looking than me. Also have a history of self loathing which doesn’t help.

Sometimes I be like “Dayuuuum, I’m so cute and I’m a frigging catch, anybody would be lucky to have me”. On other days, I’m just trash, a joke, or several memes: the ultimate degenerate.
