I had a phone screening with a recruiter (who is a TD Industries employee- not outside recruiter) I asked specifically when they were looking to hire on, he said a month give or take a few weeks. That was on September 9th. I sent a thank you followup email the next day with letters of recommendation like I had mentioned in our conversation. I sent a second follow up email asking if they had made any decisions on who will be asked for inperson interviews, he said....check comments plz 🙏

Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input. Pre hire was promised by leadership that the firm was doing lots of interesting strategy work in a niche, cutting edge but rapidly growing field. Hey y’all. I went through an exceptionally traumatizing experience a few years ago that has totally & utterly shattered my confidence, self worth, self esteem etc. I have a hard time portraying my work experience + deserving of a new role.

For context, I did well in uni, got into law school but due to finances + the experience in question I didn’t end up going. Kept working in the public sector as a coordinator & now got my scrum master certificate to transfer to SM role in finance/ tech. Help
