Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

🤔Not sure if I should feel bad for Olivia Wilde being served in public💁🏻♀️ or if I should clap 👏🏻 for Jason Sudeikis (unintentionally, if we can believe the article) dragging her? 😈 Thoughts? https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/jason-sudeikis-olivia-wilde-custody-cinemacon-1235137039/?fbclid=IwAR08IJm4aW_lFAAylrfhmvW6akQJf-VC4Ob3FQ6icvQvlx-svgU02Zq6Z1s

Congrats on making partner!
For decor, I like framed photos and plants. I also have some inherited art from retiring attorneys, and friends have bought art from thrift stores. I put some stuff up on a pin board too, and previously had a calendar with drawings from a local artist.
For practical purposes, I have a space heater, a snack & tea (& tequila) drawer, some medicine and eye drops and makeup and hand cream, a suit on the back of my door, and a spare jacket or cardigan and umbrella at various points in the year.
Snacks, framed diplomas and family photos, space heater, a cardigan on the back of my chair, a full suit and pair of heels, and a little toiletry bag with essentials like ibuprofen, toothbrush and toothpaste, Shout wipes, a couple of tampons, etc. Also sunglasses for quickly running out on sunny days to get lunch!
