But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? 🐠 in Bay Area Tech/Prod companies: Do you generally experience that the tech folks just don’t respect the non tech ones? There is this general mindset that I will not respect you or care for what you have to say unless you code better than I do? How do you navigate this?

A company didn’t follow through with a scheduled intro phone call. I emailed during the time scheduled to see if something had come up & after as well to reschedule. No one answered me or followed up. I can’t help but feel like this is a little red flag. If you can’t follow though on an intro call… what’s your HR & the rest of the company doing? 😬

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
