How is the job security within Coforge?

Do you submit fake rental receipts and owner pan card detail for HRA? Is it normal ? I see most people does in my team. They submit parents or spouse pan card number as owner pan card number to get HRA. Is it same everywhere?

Moving from government to BigLaw as a 6th year. Since I'm coming in as a mid-level, I feel like this transition is different than a junior whom partners expect to know little. Any advice?

I’ve come to a point where I just started at the green dot on my laptop camera when talking. I want to do the Errol Morris interrotron to get some sort of connection. Quick PSA: one of the perks of going in-house, is that you’re no longer at an ad agency and all that that entails.

Just started a new in-house tech fl gig and it’s giving me whiplash! Somehow this dept has brought every person/toxic behavior from their old agency just to a new environment. Nowhere is perfect but good god. I honestly think companies/HR could learn a lot about their depts from freelancers.

Hey fish - been seeing the talk about calculating day rates. Who here does the annual x 125 for day rate? If not, how do you calculate yours? Also - is the standard time expectation as many hours as it takes to meet the goal that day and are meetings lumped in, or do you do 8 hrs? (new to this)
