Hi all! My past role was a pretty toxic environment - extremely unrealistic & ever-changing expectations & condescending behavior & an overall mean & anxiety riddled atmosphere. Any advice on what to ask future companies when interviewing to really dig & uncover any red flags? I applied for several positions in December. All have declined without an screening except one for a Purpose Marketing Director with the status of “under review”. I do not have a referral. It’s now February. Do I assume that recruiters there do not think I am PwC material? I have equivalent years of experience compared to PwC people with the same title. I started an ERG group, helped write my org’s DEI statement and have over 15 years of experience in B2B and B2C, primarily in healthcare.
