Bristol Myers Squibb. My boss is very noticeably corrupt. She picks her favorites and gives them opportunities she wouldn’t give anyone else, and lets them get away with anything. she picks some who she doesn’t like and makes up lies about them. Give them horrible reviews when they’re great workers. Punishes them for things that are lies or out of their control. She’s been anonymously reported to HR several times by multiple people and nothing has come of it. What can be done?Bristol Myers Squibb

I always ask why the position I'm interviewing for is open. If it's open due to growth or promotion, great. If it's a position that's seen a lot of turnover, I see that as red flag.
I also ask them to describe their work culture and what success looks like at their company.
It's challenging to come up with probing questions, Jennifer Brick on YT has good content with interview tips
“What’s an example key contribution made by the person previously in this role so that I can gauge how to exceed your expectations should I be hired?”
A question to ask is - How long have you and the rest of the team worked here? It gives you an idea of how often people leave. This will provide some insight into whether or not this is a revolving door team/role.
