I’m 33 and was in a long term relationship for nearly 6 years.
Starting this year his parents agreed to get us married Bt later they denied stating my Kundli (birth chart) is not matching with boy .
And stating I’m manglik and if we get married then the boy would lose his life n I have widow yoh in kundli as the astrologers said.
I’m clueless what to do. I gave all these years just to listen this that he my boy friend marries me then he will die because astrology is saying so.

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can anybody guide me regarding this.

So I get that in a corporate set up, you are supposed to be sharp and witty and think on your feet. Trouble is, I am extremely slow with comebacks. (Think Ross in Friends/Amy in B99) at the crunch moment, I generally end up not being able to give a good roast back. Unfortunately the best of them come to me like a few hours later (dinner/shower/TV) and I am left ruing and amazing opportunity to have gotten one back. I am awful at jibes and roasts.

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

HCL offered 23LPA(10% variable).
YOE : 10.6 years.
Please suggest which one would be good from your experience and let me know to get better offer.
