One of my coworkers mentioned that she has been experiencing severe headaches for months due to work-related stress. It reminded me of times when I had similar symptoms in the past. I’d love to know what have you found to be the most effective way to manage work-related stress? I tried yoga and meditation classes, which helped a bit, but not as much as I had hoped. I’d love to hear your thoughts in balancing the demands of work while maintaining mental and physical well-being.

Monthly massages and cardio. Literally any form of cardio, low intensity/HIIT. And of course, cuddling with my dogs in between meetings. They force me to take daily walks.

I've been feeling a bit stressed over the past few weeks, both from work and personal matters. I decided to hit the gym and ran 3 miles, and I genuinely felt so much better afterward!

Working out, spending time outside and pursuing my hobbies all help me destress. It all boils down to being committed to maintaining work life balance. I don't check my email after hours and keep my laptop closed on the weekends. I'm still prone to getting stressed out like anyone else, but it's not as bad now that I've gotten better about keeping work at work.

That's great advice! I used to find it pretty difficult to disconnect after work hours, but it got better over the years. Your suggestion on hobby is spot on too! Having something enjoyable to focus on outside of work would make a huge difference.

Looking to get an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti sometime this year. Brand new the MSRP is about 45K and despite the reputation of the old Alfa Romeo’s from the 90’s these seem to be night and day more reliable. Would you recommend buying new, leasing new, or buying used? If I bought used it would be anywhere from 2019-2021
