One of the worst interview experience. H2H consultancy approach you with false promise. They tell you 10+ opening and it is invite only physical interview with less candidates. When you go there you see 110 candidates waiting and only 5 pannels. L1 goes like pannel jumping from candidate to candidate. They judge you with 2-3 questions and done for the day. Same with L2. They don't respect your time. They will say interview is at 10:30 but it will happen somewhere at 4pm that too 15 mins.

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
Plz help me out guys.
