Deffo. It sucks because I feel like people are given the “manager” title without ever being trained properly. Usually if the manager is a good person naturally is when it works.

I am all too familiar with this lol. At one point I had a manager that wanted a daily check in. And sometimes we would meet at the end of day on Friday and early morning Monday and I would have no updates to share lol
