Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY

As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

Has anyone asked for a base salary increase before even starting the job? Any advice on how to approach this?

How long have you been looking? Job hunting comes with a lot of rejection unfortunately, but you sound like you should be able to find something right for you.
I looked actively from early August 2020 to early February 2021. Kinda been demotivated/slacking the past few months but trying to get back into the grind so wondering what i can do to put my best foot forward.
