Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.
Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. VC is totally different. Do you like numbers and valuations and (relatively) concentrated investments or networking and betting on dozens of companies?
Also: VC pays much less, returns are more striated, upward mobility at many funds is questionable, and experience is less applicable to other forms of investing
Ignoring the kick in the crotch that both industries are getting rn: VC
Hedge fund imo
My SO works at a hedge fund, has really good hours and crazy bonuses. Salary isn’t “amazing” but overall really good experience from what I’ve seen
