- Pace of new to market apps is now way faster than turnover in "Most Downloaded" ($100b+ AR company, man..)
PH: Free market w/ OK search/community features. Feels the right amount of gritty. BUT with an overhauled design, PH has a chance to scare APPL + show the world a truly great store/market for apps.

Something has been bothering me for a long time and I want to get it off my chest.

My firm does upward feedback and I asked about 10 of my team to participate so that I could be a better supervisor for them. My results: I got mostly great feedback with constructive points, however along with it I received the meanest, most cold hearted criticism I’ve ever seen (con’t in comments).

I delete all the words before the one word or letter I want to correct. 🤦‍♂️

M here. I don’t know what it is genuinely that I’m doing wrong. I get barely matches on dating app; I don’t have the shiny muscles to show off on the apps, a 7 or 8 looks wise, great personality, and can easily to talk to anyone. Does your company have a Asian professional group? Since we are still in covid mode. What are you doing for the professional development classes / events. So we have done, Ask the recruiter, fireside chats w executive mgmt, events w Naaap and ascend. With everyone still working from home ppl are not engaged and it is harder for networking.
Let me know what other thing ppl are doing to drive engagement ?
