Haven’t seen bf in over 3 months due to COVID. Lately, he’s been pushing to see me but I don’t feel comfortable because he hasn’t been quarantining. He makes it sound like if I’m not willing to go see him might as well breakup. Any advice?

How was manufacturing effected because of the Corona virus? Here In China we basically already lost 2 months, one for Chinese Nee Year holidays and one for the virus.

My husband and I have a huge combined family. They are also...well...loud. By loud I mean, laughing, debating, talking, all in good cheer. But sometimes arguments can erupt, and there's really no shortage of entertainment and sometimes drama. We're having a smaller gathering this year and wondering what's the best way to navigate all things COVID and health - we love to be close, hug, etc but I know everyone has different comfort levels and I want to be gracious and appease. What's your expert opinion? #QA

Long post alert. Also, confusing post alert haha. So, I'm going to be divorced in the next few months and have 2 kids who'll be with me. Ever since this situation has been finalized, I'm becoming very conscious of our spend & have been tight about it. Covid has helped. But I noticed that even my grocery store bills are pretty high...like a single run to Meijer is $125+. Costco is like $200 or so. We've always had fresh fruits, nuts liberally used in our house. So, I‘ve been chatting with a girl for a few months since this whole COVID thing started. She’s really cool and we get along great. Last week we met up in person and ended up “having fun”. The only thing is she basically has no boobs. Just nipples on her chest. I couldn’t tell before because we had only vchatted, but now I don’t know if I can get over it. I like big boobs. Should I tough it out and try and get over it, or just move on to another girl?

Married woman with a 2 year old kid and found out last week that my husband has been cheating on me for the last 1 year with a coworker who lives in the same apartment complex. Feel like a fool as we all meet socially (she is married too, without kids) and we have had them over at our place so many times (part of our Covid bubble). Turns out those “gym sessions”were just ways to get action. Her husband went to work as essential worker so basically had the the place to themselves. Devastated

Does anyone else with under 5 year old kids feel totally abandoned by society as mask mandates go away and people go “back to normal?” I’m at this point not as worried about my toddler getting super sick as I am about losing daycare for 5+ days. It feels like I can’t take her places (stores, on planes) now that I have to worry about someone unmasked, unvaxxed near her. After two years of this I feel exhausted and like the rest of the country simply doesn’t care about parents!

Can we start naming firms that are expecting associates to go back to the office five days a week with no wfh flexibility? And which firms are allowing associates to wfh with more flexibility post-pandemic? I hoped there would be a change to the general biglaw face time requirement but seems like some firms are going right back to 2019 standards.

Been at EY for 1 yr and got promoted to Senior consultant. But I’m barely making $80k. Should I jump ship or wait for covid to pass to see if I get compensated better? Currently, I believe I’m underpaid compared to my ssl.
