I'm aiming to pivot from from a public policy oriented career to a career in finance, focused on sustainability.

Would it be advisable to pursue an MBA or Masters in Finance? or perhaps finesse my way onto an ESG team and learn by doing?

Any ideas/suggestions are welcome.

Is it normal to feel numb around the holidays? I'm tired, dealing with seasonal affective disorder and a really tough caseload right now.
