However, got offer from am 100 firm that pays slightly below market. Definite pay increase but also in proportionately higher cost of living city. Big kicker is getting to do commercial lit work and getting billed out at much much higher rates. An associate at new firm says she bills an amount that’s over 2x my partner on ID cases… should I take it?
