I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? Do international companies provide something else in lieu of a formal offer letter? I know offer letters aren’t legally binding anyhow, but seems they’d provide something. (International = Canada)

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. Experience in different roles, tools admin, SME, Operation lead, consultant and Solution architect.
Executed multiple implementation of mentioned tools at customer place, performed many assessments and proposed service improvements.

Currently I have 29Lakhs package and how much I can expect in next switch.

PF Transfer Issue:
I have recently moved to 3rd company in my career of 7 years.
When I joined my 2nd company I had transferred my 1st company PF to 2nd company (I used one transfer option in PF website)
But now when I'm trying to transfer my 2nd company PF to 3rd company PF account. It is pending from 2 months.
Has anyone tried transferring old PF to new PF account from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th PF account.
Kindly advise.
