Any Scimitar 🐠 or folks familiar with Scimitar? A colleague at EY just accepted a role there and claims the total comp is 40% more than his total comp at EY and he was at the very top of the senior consultant pay band as an MBA hire. The folks on LinkedIn look like a bunch of former PwCers.

Is there any specific requirements to request feedback providers? e.g. if a person worked on an engagement for 2 months within the cycle, a request to the manager is mandatory?

How does continuous testing for the CPA work? I am currently registered for the State of South Carolina, which has not begun continuous testing, but I take my exams in a state that has it. Am I eligible? Or do I need to reapply and transfer my existing scores to another state to get continuous testing?
