I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

Yeah its very tough I have given numerous interviews ghosted by many. When I became available for immediate joiner within a week few offers started to come in.
Congratulations, for all 4 offers. Immediate joiner with 17 years of experience from a lot of product companies, people don't even call me. I don't know why the market is difficult these days
I guess because of the high salary constraint. My friends with same experience and skillset are above 30lpa just because they switched 6-8 months back but these few 3-5 months the job market has changed and nobody is offering the right amount. I have given minimum 50+ interviews and got these 4 offers
. My last switch I had 13 offers, so I could also feel the job market is not doing well these few months.

How are you getting so many offers? 😭 I'm having the opposite experience. I've cleared all the interview rounds in several companies, but some have put my profile on hold, while others keep saying my offer letter is still awaiting approval.
Right now, I have only one offer, and that's the one I resigned for. I have just two weeks left until my last working day, and honestly, it's getting stressful. The market is really bad right now. I just don't understand why companies take so long to release offer

Yes totally understandable. Mu last working day was July 15 I have asked the TCS guys to give me joining on Aug 3. So I got gap of 15 days thought I would use it as a break but more calls started pouring after my LWD. Wipro accenture infosys hcl ltimindtree all the interviews went well but they have withheld my offer.
Another thing which I did was apply from two seperate phone numbers and two seperate email id. So e companies dont check the PAN so you can give interview multiple times. It was a very frustrating period since last 3-4 months. I can totally relate to you.
