Just got a job offer at an agency I’m really excited about, but it’d be a complete lateral move. Same position and same amount of pay now. Is it worth it? I appeared for the interview for KPMG GS for the role of Associate Consultant.
So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?
