Any attorney here a member of the US Court of Appeals District of Columbia willing to sponsor me for admission? Thank you!
I am a PI attorney who has far too many clients to manage. This is due to having 4 major surgeries over the last 2 years and my sudden loss of a very experienced paralegal and inability to find a similar replacement. I stopped taking new cases a while ago and still feel like I need to dump some of my more time consuming cases but I worry about doing so, for a myriad of reasons. At the same time, I feel like a failure and am sleeping less and less at night. How do I get out of this nightmare?
We interrupt this crisis to ask a boring question. How do you manage the never ending onslaught of email? How do you organize countless topical articles that you want to retain?

I’ve been saving all the work I’ve had redlined by my supervisors and know pretty well what my strengths and weaknesses are, but I’m not sure how someone is supposed to prepare for this kind of thing.
Has anyone lateraled during the pandemic I’m biglaw? If so how was your experience transitioning? I have an offer but I’m terrified of lateraling the current climate- I am an incoming third year associate.

How do you know when it’s time to switch firms? I am in my 4th month of this new job as a first year associate. I’ve heard of many of my law school classmates moving firms already.
A close cousin of mine and I are both taking Covid quite seriously. Her birthday is tomorrow and while she lives in LA, I live an ocean and a continent away. I’d like to send her an (fruit) edibles arrangement from a local shop there, but unsure if I should. What does the 🐠 hive think?
Hi ladies, where do you typically go for career advice? Have you ever hired a coach / enrolled in an e-course for interview prep or productivity tools?
I’ve been so vocal about a PM who is awful that she’s getting fired. I’m not the only one who has had issues and she’s had plenty of chances, but I suddenly feel so guilty. How do you deal with that?

“Flu season is coming up! Many people every year, sometimes over 100,000, and despite the Vaccine, die from the Flu,” Trump wrote. “Are we going to close down our Country? No, we have learned to live with it, just like we are learning to live with Covid, in most populations far less lethal!!!” Fact:Over the past 10 years, an average of just under 36,000 Americans have died annually from the flu. More than 200,000 Americans have died from Covid-19 since the virus emerged early this year.

Cocreation is something I as a customer like very much. Especially when you can give input, discuss and it gets implemented or taken into account.
