Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.
Regards,

I was fortuante enough to find my mentor during my college career, so I consider myself lucky for that
You've already got your foot in the door at a great place, my cousin used to work for McDermott and they're amazing. You know, people don't need a formal agreement to mentor one another; most of what you learn is on the job as far as I'm concerned. And you have an excellent selection of people you work with every day (presumably). So I would advise you to learn all you can from your coworkers, not just one of them, but all. That will give you a more well-rounded approach and make you more of an asset to the team at the same time.
I was just looking into this the other day, so it's funny that you should ask. There are a lot of ways to find mentors online but some of them require money (and you should never, NEVER pay for something like that, it's a scam). I found one site I like though. Anyone else, feel free to jump in and give your thoughts about the site, I haven't been on there very long and don't know all the ins and outs yet. https://www.pushfar.com/
Have you tried asking around at your local university or community college? Even if you aren't a student, the librarians there are among the best resources you will ever find, and as far as I can tell they don't treat students and nonstudents any differently. Librarians don't just give you a call number when you're looking for a book, they are there to connect people with the information they need.
