Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Let's say your variable is 100, and you perform average , then expect to get 50-70% , if you have given exceptional performance then expect 80-110%. But most people will get only 50-60 as recession coming ,margin dropping will be sold to you as a reason for giving 50-60% as a variable.
