1. Base location is pune but after talking to few people on LinkedIn get to know that after talking to counselor this an be sorted out if i need to work from mumbai office then ? is this true ? 2. is there any hours constraints to be in office ?
3. I have another offer from small US based product based company getting remote, slightly better pay then EY GDS has offer?

I just hit my lean fire number but am hesitating to pull the trigger, so was hoping to run it by people smarter than me:

- I have a few rentals that bring in ~$1800/mo cash flow, taxes are negligible, Capex incl.
- My paper assets will bring in ~$1200/mo at 3% draw
- I get free Healthcare at the VA
- No plans on kids
- My expenses haven't topped $30k/yr ever
- I could always reenter the workforce if needed (albeit probably not in consulting)

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role.
