I’ve seen 33% net income, but honestly $1650/mo CANT even get a 500sqft condo on rent.
30% gross is $2750/mo 😱
Others say I can afford 600k houses but that seems irresponsible and ridiculous.
My current rent is $1750 for a small 1bd1ba (cheap) but I’m sacrificing my safety in my neighborhood. No frills apt.

I have 5 offers from MNCs and 2 months of Notice period left. Want to understand, is it doable to learn other technology and switch into that technology and if it requires more time which Technology should I learn Data science or Devops. Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

This assumes I just got my direct deposit.

I contribute 25% to my workplace retirement acct. when I get paid, I apply a lump sum to my student loans or other debt. With the leftover, I’m having trouble coming up with a monthly investing plan. I have a Roth IRA and will max for 2022 (VT/VTI). I fund a rollover IRA+brokerage, no traditional IRA. Any thoughts, ideas?

Advice needed, my friend purchase Uipath for $88 now it is down to $8. He doesn't have much money and doesn't get paid very much. He used his entire inheritance and invested in Uipath and Palantir. What would you suggest sell or continue to hold?

1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)
2) Put $0 in ibonds and put all the $100k in the home investing (given it’s a little more of an expensive property, given some other factors - location, size, etc)
