Recently, had call for job opportunity for SAP UI5 developer from Tata Technologies. I have total 3 yoe and 2.2+ sap abap as well as ui5 experience. The recruiter said I only have 3 months of experience as I have current designation as Development Engineer and previous designation is Gradute Engineer Trainee. Even though I contributed a lot in during this tenure and have good experience recruiter rejected my resume just on basis of designation. Whats your thought on this?

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?
