When you retire nobody is going to care if you worked for Delloite/KPMG or Birlasoft/Mahindra, all these brands are just to inflate egos and make you feel good that’s all. At the end of the day CTC is what matters. If you like what your role is as they described and are a mid level/senior level guy jump ship. We might not see a crazy market like this once covid ends cause companies are giving outrageous hikes for the right skill set so make use of this opportunity. If your interview went really well and you have a niche skill set I would ask for 40-45% hike over current CTC
How long is ur notice period? When ur notice period is less than 30 day you will Many opportunities.
WLB is really great in HCL, expect for few projects.
I have been in HCL for more than 6 years before that worked for 4 MNCs. If you early stages of your carrier then u can try for other companies.
But if you looking for settling down permanently it is one of the best companies. Or if ur package is really high. Then move to hcl and settle down.
You might end up in client location and a Deloitte India guy might be your colleague.

If you are happy with what you are offered then go ahead.. and as you already mentioned that money is your motivation then if D cannot give you that then it’s a good move
Hikes are pathetic in HCL. If you are in need of WLB and that can be compensated with lesser hikes then go ahead else you won't like HCL, growth, exit opportunities wise, Big4s are better than WITCH.
Generally wlb depends on project but still way lesser than Deloitte. As per many friends from hcl in sap area.
