Regarding VPF:

If you want to opt for VPF, you have to contact the payroll team via email and let them know how much amount you want to contribute in VPF on monthly basis. One catch, once you start it, you can not stop it until you are here. Although you can increase or decrease the contribution amount.

Note: EPF and VPF both goes to same EPF account only, any interest earned on the contribution above 2.5L yearly will be taxable.So, plan accordingly. It is a very good and safe component - 8.1%

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
