Can you get MBA tuition reimbursement if you’re a Digital Strategy Analyst? Or, do you need to be baptized as a pure Strategy Analyst?

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

What would you do in this situation?

ZS 🐠 - can you receive sponsorship for MBA prior to having tenure of 3 years? If not, what is the downside of applying after 1 or 2 years? I am coming in with 3+ YOE in consulting, so my application would be competitive for next fall (or ‘23)

How difficult is it to get into an MBA at London business school

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

We’re both 36 and currently rent a 2 bedroom in NY and have a combined savings of $35,000 which she wants to use as a down payment on a condo. I kinda just wanna continue saving while renting. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. I'm TC2 at Deloitte w. 2 YOE and MAcc. Working on CPA exam. Some of my team peers moved to Capital One as Senior Business Analyst and it seemed good to me too. Recently I was contact by Cap One. The recruiter asked me if I'm interested in- Analyst/ Associate/ Risk Manager roles at Commercial bank (related to real estate or credit). Those roles require 1-3 YOE, but not Master's or CPA. Does anyone know if above positions are as competitive as SBA?

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
