I would definitely say that that's pretty good, but you could probably make more by switching companies every couple of years. You're doing better than most people who stay with a single company but sticking around for almost a decade is guaranteed to be leaving money on the table.
That's awesome, I definitely agree with you, sometimes things are more important than money. It sounds like a good place for you and you should be happy with what you're making!
