So this co-worker's approach towards working is too different, since the conflicts are coming up more often with the other fellow developers. We all follow the method of dividing a module into chunk of tasks (which might not have to be dependent on each other always) and assigning to different developers, but this co-worker even if she is having her own task, always scrutinizes / micro-manages other peer's task (which are not dependent / acting as blocker to her tasks). How it can be resolved?
