I am a senior accountant with a masters and CPA credential and 3 years experience. A colleague was just promoted to senior with no credentials and 10k higher salary. My boss said he can match salary in 3 months when we have our annual review cycle. I don’t think I should have to wait. Also I said I should absolutely be paid higher than peer given my credentials. Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else? Please help!
