S&P mandates 2 days a week or 9 days a month. The logic provided in the email is so bogus. Why does S&P have to follow the companies who are calling employees to the office? Why cant they lead the way to make WFO optional?
In a city like Gurgaon, traffic jams struggle to reach office. Next parking issue. (unless you are a VIP). After parking next struggle is finding a seat in the office. After seat, next struggle is seat in cafeteria during lunch. So illogical to make WFO in gurgaon

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench.
