What questions would you ask the HR before signing?

I recently got selected in an organisation, I was told the notice period was 45 days.

Upon joining the contract stated the notice 90 days, with pay to reduce it to 70 days policy.

Luckily I had 45 days written on mail, but they were not ready to make it 45 days in contract.

So to avoid such situations can my fellow fishes share all the probable question to ask her on mail before accepting offer letters?

Recently I got a offer letter from TCS, my concer is on creating UAN number.

When I was pursuing my BTech at that time itself I have done some job as part time in a power plant so they have created an uan number for me. I have worked there for 2years approx after that I left. and also I withdraw all the amount from uan number.
