Anyone got recruited for Pune location recently? My interview process has been completed and asked for documents on 23rd Dec, but till now I haven’t got any update after that. Why name and shame? Is it so serious?
Most of them are external to deloitte (vendors) so it's fine, organization's name doesn't matter to them, most of them are just mediocre at what they do 🤷
Yes poor process and behaviour .. had to do this after 2 months of waiting .. sorry if it felt wrong but i tried not to do it
I wish i were rejected .. interview taken without any job ids over 3-4 months .. multiple reschedules and then no proper feedback when asked for it she was misbehaving like anything which is not expected
I can understand what you went through but let's not be this harsh on someone's career.
She could be a fresher and not well trained to handle such situation. Let's give ppl an opportunity to learn and grow.
Not forcing it, but delete this once you calm down. Totally your choice. Or atleast edit it to Deloitte recruiter.
Generally if HR is not providing feedback it means that your not selected, because if you are they would be very proactive in communication since they don't want to risk loosing on a good candidate who if joines will get them a good incentive. This is what I have seen accross industry.
I do agree that they should atleast gracefully provide a feedback or atleast inform on not being selected.
I know that but in this case equations are different.. now another final round is getting scheduled after final round
