TCS vs Synechron?

Hey folks, need some advice!
Got two offers:

* Synechron: 31 LPA (28 fixed)
* TCS: Asked for 35 fixed, maybe 31-33 max. They might provide by today.
* YOE: 12 years

Is TCS worth despite the layoffs? Some say TCS is good and Servicenow is safe there and layoff happens for people were in bench and niche tech. Others suggest Synechron for its banking focus, growth may be there but worry about project stability and lesser clients.
Super confused, please suggest.

I rely on my team through the projects they work on, and the insights they arrive at through the research/design process. I rely on listening to sales calls now and then. I'm curious what other tactics you have to stay informed?

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Hi all, I have a question, is it a smooth pivot to switch to production (film, entertainment), creative production? What do i need to do(steps to take, improve a specific skill, gain experience to breakthrough? I have a creative background and also have experience in Ad production as Brand side.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
Please suggest , what is the possibility of the offer getting revise
