The advice for getting what you want is to figure out exactly what it is and go for it. I think that what I want hasn't been created yet, because I am a storyteller. Whether it is by writing or compiling a video, after changing careers, I can't figure out what I like best. I'm a creative person who don't like trends and now enjoy learning how to create 3D art. In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line
