It’s a practiced mindset shift. This was a serious issue for me but with therapy I came to understand that in order to show up as my best self at work and be most productive, giving myself time to rest, relax, and reset is essential. When work thoughts intrude during my non-work time, I purposefully push them away and focus on the moment. When I feel extremely guilty, I do breathing exercises and imagine putting those thoughts in a bubble and pushing them further away with each exhale.
I used to continue working at night after every workday because of my workload and the guilt I felt, but I came to realize that I was just perpetually exhausting myself. Working during my personal time didn’t help me get ahead because there was always more to work to do and it was a never ending cycle. Instead, I focus on being as productive as possible during my workday and when I end my day, that’s it. The rest of the evening and at least 1 full day during the weekend is designated time for me and my family. I give myself a 1 day per week exception to these boundaries where I allow myself to work late and only address urgent or high priority tasks.

I’m also struggling with this, I’m now going for walks whenever I do this to help clear my mind or I watch my favourite movie!
I don’t know, for me it’s all the stuff I no longer have energy to do (even outside work) because work has bled over into my personal life.
Can you set a daily goal and / or a max hours, etc. (whichever works better for you) and basically hold yourself to it? E.g., I worked 14 hours today, I’m signing off and compartmentalizing the rest. Or I accomplished one very productive thing, so that’s good enough.
