I think low hanging fruit like cutting back on alcohol and sugar, etc go a lot further than natural supplements.
Big fan of ELXR life products — their “Chill” product has Ashwagandha and I really found I was able to manage stress better after a few weeks of taking it daily. Also love Focus I’d the more energy piece.
Maca, lions mane, and reishi mushrooms work better for me!

I tried it and it didn’t make much of a difference personally
I love it. People respond differently but helps me mellow out at night and fall asleep better
It helped me a lot, just overall helped pull me out of a dark place. My hunch is that I would respond very well to anti anxiety medication like SSRIs but I don’t take that. So I think I respond well to ashwagandha as well. Just tried lions mane this morning, hopefully it’s also good!
Try some mood focused probiotics, those really help me
