Think it’s time to leave my toxic workplace and even though I’ve been taking interviews, other places haven’t been looking super optimistic either. Probably just the state of the industry right now with budget cuts and everyone being stretched thin. Trying to get a grasp on places that aren’t horrible, so will any creatives share if you feel pretty okay about your agency? Or even in-house? Bonus if you have some work-life balance (just a little) and coworkers that you don’t hate being around!
