This is genuinely scary to me. I'm very concerned for my future, but just as much for other things like what could be the potential long-term consequences of such a significant workforce reduction, especially in terms of employee morale, customer satisfaction, and the company's ability to handle complex issues that AI systems might not fully address. I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr.
