This is genuinely scary to me. I'm very concerned for my future, but just as much for other things like what could be the potential long-term consequences of such a significant workforce reduction, especially in terms of employee morale, customer satisfaction, and the company's ability to handle complex issues that AI systems might not fully address. Does anyone on the bowl want to share their thoughts?

Woah, 90 percent is definitely a drastic move. But in my humble opinion, while it may yield short-term cost savings and efficiency gains, I think there will be several concerns about long-term sustainability and human impact. The sudden loss of jobs can lead to a negative impact on the remaining employees, affecting morale and potentially creating a culture of fear and mistrust.

This is exactly right

These types of situations will only become more common in the future
